Experience - the best teacher
With my friends I was planning to start a new IT start up. This idea came to our minds right from we became friends in the college. Our college days were going in a very usual way like others, without any plan or purpose. At that time one of my friends visited his uncle’s home. There his cousin brother has started a new company in partnership. The company has just just a yea ago, but it has gone a lot forward in acquiring new clients and finishing new projects. A company can be called successful, when employers, employees and clients are happy. So, his cousin brother’s company belongs to that category.
My friend had a discussion with the partners of the company. When he came back from there he was super excited about the company and the working pattern of it. During our breaks he will take this topic and we all will start talking about it. One thing we all noticed was, whenever we start speaking about the company and its management, an related area everyone will have something o say. And for us, all such discussions were giving lot of energy.
After few weeks the discussions became very serious that each one was has started giving their own opinion about their area of strength. Then the idea of starting a company came as a spark of idea in us. We don't know who presented the idea, but everyone started thinking about something like that. Rest of our years in the college where like specialising in each area. We analysed the skills of each and decided to concentrate only on areas where we are able to contribute a lot for the growth of a new company. This allowed each of us to dig deep into certain specialised subjects and becoming a specialist in it.
When someone was good in management, other was good in training, while the other was good in handling resources. Likewise, each has started learning subjects that can help in running a company in a successful way.
The person who was good in finance and banking matters, has started figuring out the type of investment that benefit the company. While other people where in search or hunt of data that is essential in running or maintaining a company in a successful way.
As the company we were planning to start was catering the needs of the IT industry, we had to decide whether to buy IT equipments or go for leasing services. With the end of the year, we decided to go for leasing services offered by companies in Australia. Next task was to find a good leasing company that can offer good services at compelling rate. We assigned the task to the person in our group who is good in marketing. He started checking for companies that offer IT equipments that are essential for the projects in hand.
So, we finally find a company that offers leasing services at affordable rate. At this point I would like to talk about leasing industry and the services offered by the leasing service providers.
Small startups and medium size companies can rely on leasing , as it offers many benefits in the long term. Some of the leasing services offered by IT leasing and Equipment leasing service providers are able to help a company in investing the amount that has been kept aside for buying equipments in other projects.
Again, in tax matters you are able to deduct taxes by showing the leasing amount as a loan. More than all, value of all the IT equipments diminishes with time. So, the amount you spend today for the equipments will not be returned, or you will get the sea amount when you try to sell it.
We have started a company in Australia, and Grenke is our leasing partner. Till now we were able to gain many benefits by going with leasing services. So we are happy with the services we got from the leasing provider.
